Roles and Responsibilities
Manage the reception desk; welcome and screen guests
Screen and forward calls and handle inquiries;
Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
Generate reports, transcribe minutes, and create presentations when necessary
Make travel arrangements
Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters etc
Develop and maintain a filing system
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Order and control office supplies
Provide administrative support to the office team as may be necessary.
Person’s Specifications
Atleats 2years of work experience in a similar role.
Diploma in Front Office Administration/Business Administration/ or an equivalent
Knowledge of office management, record keeping and bookkeeping
Ability to multitask and pay attention to details
Proficient in computer use and Ms Office Suite
Possessing great communication abilities (verbal, phone and email)
Possessing great customer service attitude
Proactive and able to work under pressure
