Job Summary

We are looking for a Human Resource Assistant who will provide support to our Human Resource Department.

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor
Experience Level: Midtier level
Experience Length: 2 years in a busy organisation

Qualifications

BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
Must be registered with IHRM and with a valid practicing License.
Must have 2 or more years of experience in the same field
Good knowledge of labor law
Experience designing compensation and benefits packages
Ability to develop clear and fair company policies
Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
Team management skills
