Responsibilities:

Maintain up-to-date billing system, generate and send out invoices
Follow up on, collect and allocate payments
Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
Perform account reconciliations while monitoring customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
Research and resolve payment discrepancies
Generate age analysis and review to ensure compliance
Investigate and resolve customer queries and process adjustments with the approval of HOD
Develop a recovery system and initiate collection efforts
Communicate with customers via phone, email, or personally on due dates abd collections

Special Demands

Premised on the industry, the bearer of this position may be called to work over the weekends and at odd hours

Person’s Specifications

3 years accounts receivable and general accounting experience
Experience working for a security firm will be an added advantage.
CPA Part II, sec 3 /Diploma in Business Management or its equivalent
Knowledge of Quickbooks/Navision Accounting system.
Good verbal and written communication, skills and Customer service skills
High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments

Salary: 80,000/- to 100,000/-
